All flight times are approximate due to weather, wind, and en-route safety. The routes can be modified at the discretion of the pilot if conditions warrant it. The estimated duration of the flight includes take-off and landing hours.

The rates quoted are inclusive of pilot, fuel, and Airport Tax. Sabah Air reserves the right to revise rates without notice. All rates committed to your company are confidential and should not be published or disclosed to a third party for any reason or purpose.

Please contact the Sabah Air office for reservations. Flights are subject to aircraft availability and confirmation. Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the helicopter departure will be subject to a cancellation cost of one hour. Subsequent cancellations will be treated as no-shows with full charges applicable. No refunds will be entertained once passengers have departed for the flight.

All flights originate from Sabah Air bases or specified points. However, other appropriate departure/landing points can be arranged upon request with adjustments in cost.

Fuel surcharges will apply on an hourly basis, and please note that charges may vary.

Flight arrangements other than standard packages offered can be organized upon request.

Before boarding, each passenger group is provided with a safety and route outline. Our staff assists with each aircraft departure/landing to ensure safety at all times.

Please note the minimum number of passengers required for the respective flights.

Unless credit with Sabah Air has been established, full payment in RM must be made one (1) week before the actual flight time, and a copy of the remittance note must be extended to us. Failure to receive payment within the prescribed period will result in the cancellation of the reservation. Any bank payments made in currencies other than Ringgit Malaysia will be subject to a RM250 surcharge.

Sabah Air reserves the right to terminate this agreement by notifying in writing the cancellation if the agent fails to comply with these terms and conditions. Sabah Air also reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without notice.

It is agreed that the law governing this agreement is Malaysian law, and all disputes, actions, or other matters arising from it shall be settled in a court of law in Malaysia in accordance with the law and procedures.

Sabah Air reserves the right to cancel flights due to weather conditions or any other reason, or to replace aircraft. While every care is taken, Sabah Air will not accept responsibility for damages resulting from the failure to depart/arrive on time, nor for errors contained herein, nor for the lack of connection.
