Chun Gain 春卷

Description: Pork sausage the Sabah style! Also known as ‘Chun Gain’ in local. Minced pork made into a roll similar to the western meatloaf, with an layer of egg wrapped around it.

This is not the typical Chinese sausage where lots of preservatives are added. This sausage has shelf life of normal meat. Normally eaten by itself or served as toppings on noodles.

This is a Hakka dish. Majority of Chinese population in KK are Hakka descendants, just so you know
